Use of the App

Dutify is a daily habit tracker designed to help users build and maintain productive routines. You agree to use the app in a lawful manner and not to misuse or manipulate the data in ways that could harm the app's functionality.

In-App Purchases

Dutify offers a voluntary tipping feature to support development. These in-app purchases are managed through RevenueCat. Dutify itself does not store or manage any payment data. Please note that tips are non-refundable. For more information, please refer to RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.

User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the security and backup of your habit data, as all information is stored locally on your device. In the event of device loss or damage, data recovery is not guaranteed.

Limitation of Liability

Dutify is provided on an "as is" basis without any guarantees or warranties. We are not liable for any data loss, damages, or interruptions resulting from the use of the application.

Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to update or discontinue any features of Dutify at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the application after updates signifies acceptance of the changes.
