Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TaskStack, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of the terms, please do not use the application.

License

You are granted a non-transferable license to use TaskStack on your Apple devices only. For full Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), please see Apple Standard EULA.

Use of the App

TaskStack is a task management app designed to help users efficiently organize and track their personal or professional tasks. You agree to use the app in a lawful manner and not to misuse or manipulate its features in a way that could harm the app or other users.

In-App Purchases

TaskStack offers subscription-based premium features managed through RevenueCat. We do not store or manage any payment data directly. Subscription transactions are handled by RevenueCat and your device platform. For more details, please refer to RevenueCat Privacy Policy.

User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the security and backup of your task data, as all data is stored locally on your device. We do not guarantee recovery of your tasks in case of device loss, damage, or failure.

Limitation of Liability

TaskStack is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, damages, or interruptions caused by the use of the app, including but not limited to device malfunctions, software errors, or user actions.

Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service of TaskStack at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the app after changes implies acceptance of those changes.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. Any disputes related to the app will be resolved in the competent courts of your country or region.
